Home Mission is a key part of all UK Baptists Associations, of which there are several across the UK.
New Baptist Church is a member of the East Midlands Baptist Association ( EMBA ).

The aims of the EMBA are : 
Equipping

To help to equip churches and their leaders with the tools that they need for the work of God's kingdom.

Growing
A commitment to helping churches to grow in numbers, health, discipleship and gifting.

Sending
A belief that the kingdom of God is growing in the world today and that each church and each disciple is called to participate in God's mission.

Praying
That individuals and churches participate in the life of God through prayer. Prayer is the Christian's vital breath and that through it, God mysteriously acts in the world.
